Mrs. Grace Amey Obeng formally started FC INSTITUTE OF BEAUTY THERAPY in 1999. Her initial, and current aim is to teach Beauty Therapy both the theoretical and practical aspect of the course and also to give healthy life long and lucrative profession to the teeming jobless youths in Ghana and beyond. Age is no barrier but lack of determinative, drive, diligence and creativity. The institute is a leading training facility in Ghana for Beauty Therapy. The course duration is twelve months. Students are awarded a Diploma Certificate after successfully satisfying all the academic requirements.

INSTITUTE CALENDER
Certificate level in beauty therapy course has a 6 months academic calender, inclusive of practical work. The six months calender is subdivided into two semesters. There is a short holiday after each semester.

Diploma level 2 in beauty therapy course has a 6 months academic calender, inclusive of practical work. The twelve months calender is subdivided into three semesters with additional three months of internship at FC skin and beauty klinic. Assessment is on a weekly basis (theory and practical). Students would be expected to perform creditably well as well as satisfying attendance and lectures in order to be awarded a well-befitting diploma. There is a short holiday after each semester.
Project and fieldwork of 30 case study as well as oral consulation are parts of the course work.
Advance Diploma level 3 in beauty therapy course require further 3 months after the diploma course. Projects and fieldwork of 60 case study as well oral consultation are part of course work.

This is designed to aid people who have the interest in pursuing beauty therapy courses but for one reason or the other it is impossible for classes to be taken at our premises. You will be allowed to go at your own pace as comfortable as it will be for the student.

Any outstanding fees must be prior to commencement of the course.
Places cannot be held and are allocated on a first come, first served basis therefore you are advised to apply early if you require a specific date in the year to avoid disappointment.
