Most of our equipment is ordered from home and they come with all maintenance accessories. They are therefore kept under safest conditions.

FC offers you a relaxed atmosphere with therapists giving you all you want for your moneys worth. Techniques used are the latest in the industry, which is in constant state of change. We give you what you will nowhere else.

7. Do I get a refund when if I am not satisfied?

Sorry that is not possible since all collected is in the form of cash is entered into strict accounts controlled by a strong security system, we might redo whatever it was that did not meet your satisfaction.

8. If I reacted to any product or treatment at your premises, do I get compensation?

This is one of obscure situations where the product is collected and somehow a way is found to make a refund, which of course will go through loads of beaurocratic process. This is done simply because not all skin types will accommodate our products. On the other hand, we could treat the damage caused by the product.

9. How easy is it to locate your premises?

10. How often do I repeat treatment?

That depends on the presenting case that a client might bring to us.
